In 2022 we engaged in a programmatic JV with a local operating partner to develop prime warehouses in Greece. The JV acquired land-plots totalling 30 acres and went on to develop 3 warehouses totalling 48.000 m2 on two campuses, including the first 2 LEED-Gold certified warehouses in Greece.
Currently developing one additional warehouse and extending two of the existing ones to reach a total of 75.000 m2 of GLA. 100% leased including warehouses currently under development
