In 2016, the team acquired a 43,000 sqm office building in Mainz, Germany. The building was 81% let upon acquisition. The business plan consisted of significant capital expenditure including fire protection works and an extensive modernization program, in order to keep the property competitive in the market and attract high-quality tenants at higher rental levels. Aureon exited the property in 2023 upon successfully completing its business plan.
